The Details

Group therapy is a highly effective form of treatment and is usually targeted around a specific problem area. It is generally acknowledged that both group therapy and individual therapy are relatively equivalent in their effectiveness in addressing a large number of mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, social skills, and grief.

Our Groups offer a safe, confidential, supportive space for individuals 18 and older who are having difficulty managing their daily lives or could use better coping techniques to deal with challenging anxiety in their life.

We do not endorse the use of a mental health group as a substitute for proper diagnosis and treatment.
